HairGain90 is a 90-day wellness program. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled because the program includes consumable nutritional items.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, if not shipped.
- After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used packs.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable ONLY in these cases:
- Package damaged during delivery (photo proof required within 24 hours)
- Wrong item received
- Duplicate payment
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
